Privacy Policy — Bounz

Effective date: July 27, 2026 · Developer: Martin Orlov

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Bounz (the “App”) handles information. The App is developed and operated by Martin Orlov (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to the practices described below.

We do not knowingly collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, health data, or the contents of your messages.

3. Third-party services

The App integrates the following third-party SDKs, which act as independent controllers of the data they collect:

These partners may combine the data described above with information they hold from other apps and websites in order to show you more relevant advertising.

4. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On first launch (or before the first ad is shown) iOS will ask whether you allow Bounz to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you allow, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is shared with our advertising partners and ads may be personalised. If you decline, the IDFA is not shared and you will see non-personalised or contextual advertising instead — the App remains fully usable either way. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for personalised advertising and non-essential analytics (collected through the Google-certified consent management platform shown in the App), and on our legitimate interests for showing non-personalised ads, preventing fraud and abuse, and keeping the App stable and secure.

6. Your choices and rights

Users in the EEA/UK may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell personal information for money, but the sharing of advertising identifiers with ad partners may qualify as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising — declining the tracking prompt opts you out.

7. Data retention

We do not maintain our own user database. Data held by our advertising and analytics partners is retained according to their own policies (typically up to 14 months for advertising identifiers and event-level data, and longer in aggregated, non-identifying form).

8. International transfers

Our partners process data on servers located in the United States, the European Union and the Russian Federation. Transfers out of the EEA/UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision where required.

9. Children

Bounz is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Contact

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL, and the effective date at the top will be revised. Material changes will be announced in the App or in the release notes.
