Progress is saved on your device. It can be lost if the App is deleted, if the device is reset, or if iCloud sync was disabled. If you restored a backup and the save did not come back, email us with your approximate last score and the date — we will help where we can.
If the App offers a “Remove ads” purchase, open the store screen inside the App and select it. Already paid on another device or after reinstalling? Use Restore Purchases on the same screen while signed in with the same Apple Account.
Try Restore Purchases first. If that does not help, send us the App Store receipt (you get it by email from Apple, or via reportaproblem.apple.com) and we will sort it out.
Rewards are granted only when the ad is watched to the end and the network confirms it. If a video failed to load or you lost connection mid-way, close and reopen the App and try again. Persistent problems: email us with the approximate time it happened.
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device and toggle Bounz. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also reopen the consent screen from the App’s settings.
Update to the latest version from the App Store, restart your device, and make sure you have free storage space. If it still crashes, tell us exactly when it happens — that usually pinpoints it.
In rare situations the ball can settle into a repeating path between two surfaces. Pause and restart the level — your unlocked levels and best scores are not affected. If it keeps happening on a specific level, tell us the level number and we will fix the layout.
Every level in Bounz is beatable. If a single brick is left in an awkward corner, try aiming at a steeper angle off the side wall rather than hitting it head-on. Still stuck after several tries? Send us the level number — if the numbers say almost nobody clears it, we rebalance it in the next update.
